Breeders Club Terms & Conditions
Either NZCF, Catz Inc, or NZKC (Dogs NZ) current membership is required, or membership of an NZKC (Dogs NZ), Catz Inc or NZCF affiliated club.
A registered prefix or suffix for cat or dog breeders is required (not required for professional who show but do not breed, or who compete in Agility or Obedience etc).
A trade or wholesale account with Petware (supplier of Nutrience in New Zealand), excludes you from club membership and associated benefits.
We reserve the right to decline, suspend or terminate membership at any time at our discretion, even if previously approved.
All purchases are for your own, private use only and must not be given or sold to any third party except for food supplied for the express purpose of giving to your puppy and kitten buyers. Limit one membership per household (not per person).
Free and Discounted Offers
Regular offers are made to club members both direct by email, through sponsored shows and in Flash Cats and Dog World magazines.
In most cases all offers are limit one per member. Check conditions of use on the offer details.
Free puppy and kitten packs are only sent with a paid order. Limit 8 litter packs per paid bag ordered. Maximum 8 packs per litter for maximum of 8 litters per year, provided at least 60kgs of dog food or 30kgs of cat food has been purchased in the previous 12 month period through the club before the litter support is requested. Grain Free and Subzero purchases are eligible (Original and Performance are excluded).
Litter registration details must be provided within a fortnight of the litter's date of birth, must be genuine, and the number of puppies or kittens must be correct.
If litter details are found to be incorrect in any way, or food for the new owners is not given to the new owners, membership may be terminated, which includes the loss of any outstanding rewards points or unclaimed member benefits, without recourse or compensation.
Product provided for new owners, must be passed on to the new owners.
Free litter support is at the discretion of Petware and may be changed or discontinued. Litter support is intended for active members who feed Nutrience, showing regular order history in the 12 month period prior to requesting free litter support.

Payment & pricing
Payment must be received in full before your order will be sent. A copy of your order will be emailed to the email address you provided.
The current price is displayed on the website at the time you order. If we have made an error with pricing, you will be advised and given the option of cancelling, paying extra, or receiving a refund for the difference.
We deliver to physical addresses in New Zealand only.
We will deliver products to the address given at the time the order is placed, as soon as possible after your order and payment are received. Once delivered, the receiver becomes the owner of the goods. Do not sign for damaged goods or delivery as this will void the ability to claim for damages. We are not liable for incorrect delivery if the reason is due to incorrect information being given or entered when the order was placed, if it is delivered to the address provided.
We shall have no liability for any failure or delay to deliver goods or for any damage or defect to goods caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, industrial disputes, system or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
Returns, guarantees, refunds and cancellations
If there’s any problem with your order, you must advise us in writing by post or email within 5 working days of receiving your order. Contact us for available remedies, which may include a refund, repair or replacement depending on the concern.
Solutions may include sending extra product if we short-supplied in error, replacing damaged or defective products, full or partial refund by the method we choose, or repair.
Order refunds are done back on to the method of payment within 14 working days. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment or losses suffered.
Except when covered by law, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses, including loss of profits, business, goodwill, or medical expenses, however it came about, due to any problem you notify us about, and we shall have no liability for pay any money or other compensation other than a refund of the amount paid if required under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit your consumer or statutory rights.
Your order is binding and cannot be cancelled once it has been placed. We reserve the right to cancel or part-supply an order, to cancel or change a reward, benefit or any other member offer. This includes when there is insufficient stock to deliver products ordered, when delivery to your area is not available, when we have made an error with product information or pricing.
If cancellation is required, we will notify you by email. Part or full orders that are cancelled by us will be refunded in full, minus any shipping (for orders that were part supplied) or including shipping if the entire order is cancelled.
All notices from you to us must be in writing, sent to our contact postal or email address as displayed on our website.
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
Any contract between us is governed by and interpreted in accordance with New Zealand Common law and New Zealand courts have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
